Since some decades Forrez produces rims for agricultural and earthmoving machines. The customers, farmers, suppliers of agricultural services, mechanization companies, tire specialists and constructors appreciate the rims made to measure and the precision of them.

For the production we purchase naked rims at several companies all over the world. Forrez welds the wheel discs, reinforcements etc … to measure in the rims. For the production of wheel discs Forrez disposes of a hydraulic press so that wheel discs with a curving of 200 mm can be pressed, through with your machine can reach the maximum track width. This press can also manage discs with a thickness of 20 mm, through which the heaviest tractors and agricultural machines are equipped with rims that do not break any more.

For the drilling of the fishing surface in the wheel discs forrez disposes of a laser and several CNC processing centres. Constructors of agricultural machines require nowadays an accuracy of some tenth of a millimetre. This accuracy erects with such a machinery no problem.

The welding of the wheel discs happens by a machine that has been specially developed for Forrez. This machine is equipped with two welding machines that allow a special quick welding and look after a maximum penetration in the work pieces. Also the even welding is a big advantage.

All rims are steamed, blasted and sprayed. For the spraying Forrez disposes of an ultra modern spray installation that allows a quick change of colours.

Next to the made to measure rims Forrez disposes of a very large gamma of standard rims.
